Products every store counts. Type groups them on the count screen. Made from takes a product's prep out of its parent's usage (Rosemary from White). Left at close: None is for products that can't be used the next day (the minis): there's no close count, leftovers go in Waste, and the next day starts at zero. Turning a product off hides it but keeps its history.
